The Consulting Clinic offers individual psychological therapy to adults. The clinic accepts GP referrals, psychiatrist referrals and self referrals.

Clinical Assessment
The initial consultation will be an opportunity to meet with your Psychologist to discuss your difficulties . A comprehensive psychological assessment will be carried out to assess your difficulties and to provide recommendations and a treatment plan based on your needs.  The initial consultation is also an opportunity to meet and see if you both would like to work together.

Psychological Formulation:
Following the initial clinical assessment, your Psychlogist will provide you with a case formulation report which offers a hypothesis of the cause and nature of the presenting problem. The formulation will guide the treatment plan.

Evidence Based Therapy

The clinic adheres to evidence based therapy models.

Outcome measures:
Assessment of your presenting problem and progress during treatment is monitored by the use of routine outcome measures.
